Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant serves as an extension of the Great Lakes Leadership Team, providing friendly, and confidential assistance in a fast-paced environment.
As an Executive Assistant, your success in this role is dependent on your superior attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities is critical. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is essential for success in this role.
Your ability to anticipate executive schedules with a forward-thinking mindset while simultaneously offering input and ideas for efficiencies will establish you as a trusted partner. This role will also serve to support the leadership team to assist with key activities as needed, e.g., as a key coordinator of team activities, communications, and overall being a key partner to the leadership team.
Responsibilities:

Supporting our leadership team through calendar and email management, scheduling appointments, and setting up internal and external meetings.

Helping our Managing Partner, L1, L2 leaders and other members of the leadership team, as well as their direct reports with project management, communication, and prioritizing tasks as needed.

Coordinates a variety of meetings, events, or programs, which may comprise managing logistics, scheduling and calendars, preparing and distributing meeting materials, taking meeting minutes, managing attendee lists, and coordinating room reservations and/or catering needs. The coordination of these events may be in collaboration with the Great Lakes Regional Marketing and Communication Team.

Coordinate and track Leadership’s direct reports’ check ins and reviews.

Managing and updating Leadership Sharepoint pages and other project management tools.

Monitor and distribute incoming mail related to correspondence.

Manage travel plans and expense reports.

Review incoming expense reports for Managing Partner’s approval.

Share ideas for continuous improvement and cost savings.

Coordinates and participates in event planning activities, such as employee engagement events, monthly birthdays, and anniversary celebrations.

Education/Experience:
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing Executive Assistant support for senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment OR a bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience providing Executive Assistant support

Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Outlook

Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Word

Experience with heavy calendaring involving competing schedules and plans, and the coordination of complex travel itineraries involving multiple parties.

Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize, plan, and execute Executive Assistant responsibilities in an organized and timely manner.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to independently troubleshoot unforeseen logistical issues.

Polished presence and demonstrated ability to represent Acrisure in a professional manner.

Demonstrated success organizing events varying in size and complexity including the management of event logistics, registration, and attendee tracking.
