Your New Role
The Legal Assistant will provide a full range of administrative support to the TNT Sports Legal team including, but not limited to: arrange travel, maintain Outlook calendars, schedule meetings, create legal files and file emails and documents in the department's online document management system, prepare expense reports and other documents. This individual must be proactive and able to prioritize while simultaneously managing a variety of tasks for multiple team members.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Managing Outlook calendars, including coordinating meetings
- Assisting with knowledge management, including creating legal files & filing emails & documents
- Misc. admin tasks such as drafting documents, coordinating with IT, coordinating with other depts.
- Scheduling travel & preparing & submitting expense reports
Qualifications & Experience
- 2-5 years' experience working as a legal assistant or legal coordinator with a law firm or corporate legal department
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- MS Office proficient: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Experience with legal industry document management software such as iManage, Workshare, eCounsel, etc.
- Experience with other common work productivity software such as Zoom, Slack, Adobe, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a very fast paced environment. Ability to prioritize work to handle many projects simultaneously under deadlines.
