Executive Assistant - Cottingham & Butler
We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. The ideal candidate is dependable, communicates with ease, and excels at multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment. We are also looking for a candidate who has high attention to detail with strong organizational skills, initiative, and dependability.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist executives in prioritizing daily responsibilities and anticipating needs proactively.
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and day-to-day scheduling with strong attention to detail.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for executive meetings and events.
- Prepare and process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including document preparation, correspondence, and task tracking.
- Support additional executive and office projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptable, with the ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities.
- Highly organized and dependable, with strong follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
- 1–2 years office experience preferred but not required.
The standard schedule is in office, Monday through Friday, 8-5pm.
