Summary Generated by Built In

This role serves as an operational force multiplier within the Executive Office, driving governance, cross-functional delivery, and strategic rhythm across satellite communications, wireless, and enterprise programs. • Synthesize complex quantitative data, financial metrics, and operational updates into board-ready briefing decks, executive summaries, and monthly business reviews (MBRs)
  • Manage operational workstreams, stakeholder alignment, and security protocols for high-visibility governance sessions, cleared customer site visits, and strategic defense engagements
  • Implement AI tools and workflow automation platforms to optimize project tracking, streamline information synthesis, and accelerate executive reporting cycles
Drive post-meeting accountability across executive staff by logging action items, monitoring cross-departmental commitments, and tracking deliverable closures
