As Executive Assistant, you will provide strategic support to the Chief Financial and Operating Officer and play a key role in helping KACL’s leadership stay organized, informed, responsive, and focused on the work that matters most. You will support executive workflow, communications, Board governance, management coordination, and special initiatives that help build a resilient, connected community where we all belong.

You Will:

  • Maximize the CFOO's capacity to focus on strategic leadership and organizational priorities.
  • Manage executive calendars, communications, correspondence, meetings, travel, and key commitments.
  • Monitor and coordinate executive email and information flow, ensuring timely responses, follow-up, and prioritization of competing demands.
  • Support the effective governance of KACL through administration of Board activities.

This is an on-site position based in Kenora, Ontario. Nestled on the shores of the stunning Lake of the Woods in Northwestern Ontario, Kenora offers the charm of a close-knit community combined with exceptional outdoor recreation. Located near the Ontario–Manitoba border, Kenora is approximately a two-hour drive east of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
