We’re a fast-growing healthcare company on a mission to improve lives through innovation, exceptional service, and operational excellence. As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner directly with our entrepreneurial CEO.

This is far more than a traditional administrative role. You’ll serve as the CEO’s trusted right hand—anticipating needs, removing obstacles, managing competing priorities, and helping maximize the CEO’s effectiveness across the organization.

If you’re energized by ambiguity, love solving problems before they arise, and thrive in a high-growth environment where no two days are the same, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Do

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will:

  • Own and strategically manage a complex calendar, balancing competing priorities and protecting the CEO’s time.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and follow-up action items.
  • Act as a gatekeeper and trusted point of contact for executives, investors, board members, customers, and strategic partners.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs, proactively identifying and solving problems before they become issues.
  • Track key initiatives, deadlines, and commitments to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and special events.
  • Support Board of Directors meetings and investor communications.
  • Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Lead special projects across multiple departments as the company continues to grow.
  • Help create systems and processes that improve organizational efficiency.
