What You Will Do
Provide high level administrative support to a senior executive, ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office.
Manage executive correspondence, communications, and inquiries while exercising sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion.
Prepare, edit, and organize reports, presentations, and other business documents using Microsoft Office and other business systems.
Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including air travel, accommodations, ground transportation, and related logistics.
Review and compile data to prepare reports and support executive and departmental business activities.
Maintain organized filing, recordkeeping, and follow-up systems to ensure efficient office operations and support business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 6 years of executive or administrative support experience, or 3+ years of Goodyear secretarial experience with demonstrated knowledge of company practices and organizational structure.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to effectively use business systems and technology.
Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills; shorthand proficiency may be required based on business needs.
