Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Provides daily agenda, travel and general administrative support to VP
- Provides project or program support to our LT (Leadership Team), core LT consists of 8 leaders across International and the extended LT is approximately 6 additional members
- Monitors program/project/system status and communications, budgets and timetables
- Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures
- Gathers and compiles information for reports
- Having computer literacy at a high level, provides technical support, which may include using internal tools and systems as well as MS Office programs
- Coordinates staff meetings, department and broader organizational events such as kick-off meetings
- Manages budget in alignment with the VP supported
- Manages the calendar of VP, any travel requirements and arrangements as requested.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role in an international environment. Any experience in the medical device industry is advantageous
- Time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to operate in a multicultural environment within various time zones
- Excellent computer skills.
