Role Overview:We are looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to support Senior Executives based in APCJ regions. This role requires the aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, organizational skills and thrives working in a team.

What You’ll Do:Support Senior Executives in administrative and secretarial activities.
Provide meeting coordination including managing agendas, notes, and follow-ups.
Establish and plan calendar scheduling, submission of expense claims and purchase requisitions.
Handle travel schedules and coordinate travel logistics including flight bookings, hotel, appointment, and meetings.
Support operating routines including staff meetings and leadership off sites.
Manage projects with minimum supervision, as they arise.
8 years or more work experience supporting senior management level.
Native level in Japanese and Fluent in English.
Proficiency using MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Teams
Effective verbal and written skills in English with interpersonal awareness and sensitivity.
Proven track record to independently exercise sound judgment and proactive in action taking.
Capable of building positive relationships with other individuals and departments in order to accomplish tasks and achieve goals.
Agile, flexible with prioritization and organizational skills for details.
Be able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
Strong personal values and has a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
