Role Overview
The Executive Assistant is a critical partner to the Northern Europe Senior Leadership Team, providing high-level administrative and operational support across the division. The role supports senior leaders by managing schedules, coordinating meetings and logistics, handling confidential communications, and enabling effective execution of strategic priorities across the region.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate confidently in a dynamic, multi-national environment. Prior experience supporting senior executives and fluency in English are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external engagements
- Organize and oversee travel arrangements, expense reporting, and budget tracking for executive-related activities
- Ensure meeting, event, and technology support is appropriately coordinated for leadership meetings and engagements
- Act as a trusted liaison between the Senior Leadership Team and senior internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely, professional communication
- Track deliverables and key deadlines to support execution of leadership priorities and projects
- Coordinate and support operational efficiency across the division in close collaboration with the Divisional President's Executive Assistant

- Executive administrative experience in a global corporate environment supporting senior or executive-level leaders
- Results-driven, proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to anticipate executive needs and operate with discretion and sound judgment
- Excellent relationship-management skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and interact effectively across functions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) and collaboration tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
