Job Description:

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provides day-to-day administrative support to Business Unit President, including sales operations, and project-related matters.

  • Arranges meetings and conferences, coordinates, and prepares meeting materials, and distributes minutes of meetings.

  • Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, travel itineraries and coordinates related arrangements.

  • Facilitate agenda alignment among Regional VPs in India, ASEAN, ANZ, Korea, and Japan.

  • Coordinate agendas with Senior Executive Committee staff members in Denver, USA.

  • Strategize and execute Staff Meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Townhalls.

  • Manage key initiatives through effective project management.

  • Assist in the finalization of Power Point Presentations.

  • Prepares, composes, and initiates correspondence, memoranda, presentation materials and reports.

  • Answers and screens telephone calls, takes messages, provides information, or redirects calls as appropriate.

  • Receives and directs visitors.

  • Maintains appropriate records, files, and documentation.

  • Maintain confidentiality of all information.

What We Are Looking For

  • Possess Diploma/Degree in any field, with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience as Executive Assistant to Senior Management in US MNC and/or other MNC setting.

  • Good communication skills, multilingual in English and Mandarin (both spoken & written) to support communication and correspondences throughout APAC region.

  • Good people and interpersonal skills, capability to deal with stakeholders from different levels.

  • Organized, with ability to work independently and good time management to perform diversified confidential duties and to meet deadlines.

  • Experience in project management required.
