As an Executive Assistant – Project & Programme Support at the ECCC, you will provide operational, administrative, and reporting support for the implementation and monitoring of Digital Europe Programme (DEP) and Horizon Europe (HE) programmes. Working in a fast-paced EU environment, you will collaborate closely with Programme Officers and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth management of the full project lifecycle.
You will:
- Provide operational and administrative support across the full project lifecycle, assisting with Grant Agreement preparation, amendments, and reporting
- Support project monitoring activities, including organizing project reviews and coordinating expert contracting and payments
- Handle reporting and data analysis by extracting data from internal IT systems, updating tracking tools, and contributing to briefings and performance monitoring
- Assist Programme Officers in day-to-day interactions and coordination with external stakeholders, coordinators, and beneficiaries
- Manage meetings and coordination tasks, which includes organizing events, drafting minutes, and supporting the preparation of internal procedures or guidelines
- Contribute to communication materials and presentations for info days, project kick-offs, and community events
Requirements:
- University degree of at least 3 years of study
- Professional experience in project assistance and administrative support roles
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with an ability to manage workloads efficiently
- Strong communication skills with a candidate-oriented attitude, fit for an international team environment
- Excellent command of English (C1 level or higher)

Professional experience with EU funding programmes, specifically Digital Europe Programme (DEP) or Horizon Europe (HE)
Studies in project management, public administration, or related fields
Good knowledge of Excel, database management, and experience working with reporting tools and data dashboards
Benefits:
