About the Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the SVP of Product Marketing. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, the broader Marketing organization, and cross-functional teams across the company, serving as a critical connector and helping drive alignment, accountability, and execution. Success requires exceptional judgment, discretion, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority work streams without losing sight of the bigger picture.

The ideal candidate goes well beyond traditional administrative support. You anticipate needs before they arise, understand business priorities, connect dots across teams, and create the structure and operating rhythm that enables an executive and organization to perform at their best. You are resourceful, calm under pressure, highly adaptable, and comfortable making sound decisions with limited direction.

What You’ll Do:

Executive Partnership & Prioritization

  • Serve as a trusted partner to the SVP of Product Marketing, developing a strong understanding of their priorities, organization, key stakeholders, and business objectives.
  • Proactively anticipate executive and organizational needs, identify potential issues, and take action before they become blockers.
  • Manage and continuously optimize a complex, high-volume calendar across global time zones, making thoughtful prioritization decisions and resolving conflicts as business needs shift.
  • Ensure the SVP is prepared for critical meetings and decisions by coordinating agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and relevant context.
  • Act as a strategic gatekeeper and connector, ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged at the right time and executive attention is focused on the highest-impact priorities.
  • Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, understanding their roles, priorities, and importance to the business.
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive matters with exceptional discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.

Organizational Operations & Execution

  • Help establish and manage the operating rhythm for the Product Marketing organization, including leadership meetings, staff meetings, all-hands, planning sessions, and recurring business reviews.
  • Own meeting preparation and follow-through, including agendas, materials, notes, decisions, action items, and accountability for commitments.
  • Serve as a communication hub across the Product Marketing organization and with key cross-functional teams, helping information flow quickly and effectively.
  • Partner closely with EA peers across Marketing and the company to coordinate executive priorities, resolve scheduling and prioritization conflicts, and ensure alignment across leadership.

Travel, Events & Logistics

  • Own complex domestic and international travel planning, including multi-leg itineraries, accommodations, ground transportation, documentation requirements, and real-time changes.
  • Proactively brief the SVP on relevant travel considerations and coordinate with internal teams, when appropriate.
  • Plan and execute PMM and leadership meetings, offsites, and team events, managing logistics, budgets, materials, and attendee experience from start to finish.
  • Manage timely and accurate expense reconciliation and reporting and serve as an approval delegate for T&E.

AI & Operational Excellence

  • Daily, hands-on use of AI tools in your workflow to increase speed, quality, and efficiency – including drafting communications, summarizing meetings and documents, research and travel planning, preparing briefing materials, project tracking, and operational processes.
  • Embrace new technologies and ways of working, helping raise the bar for how the EA function operates in an AI-driven environment.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • 5+ years Executive Assistant experience, supporting SVP- and VP-level executives in complex, global organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a business partner beyond traditional administrative responsibilities, with strong business judgment and an understanding of executive priorities.
  • Exceptional calendar management skills, including experience managing high-volume schedules across multiple executives, stakeholders, and global time zones.
  • Proven ability to independently own projects, executive meetings, offsites, and events from initial planning through successful execution.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-moving, time-sensitive environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated experience interacting confidently and professionally with executives and senior leaders.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, identify problems, and act without waiting for direction.
  • Strong accountability and follow-through, to respectfully drive commitments and deliverables across stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborative, team player who readily jumps in where needed and consistently operates with a company-first mindset.
  • Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when handling confidential, sensitive, and proprietary information.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom, with a high aptitude for quickly learning new systems and technologies.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to support leadership meetings, offsites, conferences, and other key business events.
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
