Overview/Purpose
Condé Nast is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Audience Experience, Data and Revenue Product and Engineer Leaders in the US This is a varied position, requiring initiative, diplomacy, adaptability, discretion, and an understanding of different cultures. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management skills are essential.
Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail are a must, along with a can-do
attitude, willingness to learn, and calm/level-headed manner.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Extensive diary management for two SVPs (SVP of Audience Experience Product and Design, SVP of Revenue Product, and VP, Data Engineering based in the US. Liaison with a wide and varied range of business stakeholders, including internal teams, external clients, and senior executives within the organisation, restaurants, hotels, etc.
Assisting in the creation of presentation materials
Pro-active and be able to use initiative and have the confidence to work independently.
Facilitate scheduling business meetings, preparation and circulation of agendas, pre-reads and meeting minutes and action follow-up as required.
Booking all travel/hotels, ensuring appropriate visas have been obtained, for corporate and leisure, and preparing complex travel itineraries.
Liaison with teams globally, support building effective relationships across a global department.
Working closely with the PA’s and TA’s at Condé Nast and the wider business.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
5+ years of experience in supporting executive leadership.
Curiosity and Experience in using AI in driving efficiency, and streamlining processes and workflows
An interest in Product, Design and Engineering disciplines and a love for our brands
Intermediate to advanced GSuite and presentation design skills
Pro-active and able to use initiative and have the confidence to work independently.
Extremely organised with exceptional time management skills and able to prioritise efficiently.
High attention to detail and can prioritize, multi-task and respond to requests quickly.
Confident and able to communicate with staff at different levels and across different
departments internationally.
Excellent grammar, spelling, drafting, writing, and proof-reading ability.
Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal and relationship
management skills.
Experience working in an international environment and building solid working relationships with teams across different countries, time zones and cultures.
Has a cross-cultural understanding and ability to effectively work within a global team, including the ability to coordinate information and tasks in a timely manner across time zones.
A friendly, personable, productive, and patient manner.
The expected base salary range for this position is from $80,000-100,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
