Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to the Partner. He or she candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, confidential legal environment. This role requires discretion, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of legal office operations.
Job description:
- Answering or screening emails, calls and in-person appointments.
- Coordinating travel and logistics for business trips, including booking travel, preparing itineraries.
- Managing documents and confidential information with appropriate discretion.
- Assisting with special projects by coordinating resources and tracking progress.
- Assisting with Visa applications and travel plans etc
- Preparing reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings
- Coordinate meetings and organize events
- Other duties as requested

Educational Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3 - 5 years relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Excel and Word, in addition to corporate level enterprise tools, such as Smart sheet.
