Martell Media is a Dan Martell venture, affiliated with but a separate entity from SaaS Academy. We are looking for a smart, hungry, and highly organized person to join our team as the Executive Assistant at Martell Media. In this role, you will be responsible for administrative tasks, creating and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing projects across the creative team, and overseeing the studio space.
Here are the primary components of the Executive Assistant role:
- Must be able to commute to our Kelowna studio Monday through Friday
- Strong administrative foundation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project management experience
- Agency or media background
- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 CAD
