Position Summary:

This role provides high-level operational support to Managing Director's office in India. The Executive Assistant to Managing Director (MD) will serve as a trusted point of contact, managing executive priorities and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the MD’s office.

Location: Mumbai

The Role: (Daily Responsibilities)

  • Manage executive calendar, travel arrangements, expense reporting and reimbursement processes as per the company policies.

  • Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, town halls, business reviews and other key forums, including the preparation of agendas, presentations, and briefing materials.

  • Organize and support executive visits, leadership events, and strategic business engagements to ensure seamless execution and a positive stakeholder experience.

  • Serve as a key liaison for senior leaders, effectively coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and other stakeholders.

  • Foster cross-functional communication and collaboration to support business priorities and drive operational effectiveness.

  • Maintain highly confidential records and information, and prepare professional correspondence, reports, and business documentation.

  • Provide administrative and operational support, including procurement activities, vendor management, and coordination of business-related requirements as needed.

The Candidate (Requirements)

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably a Managing Director, CEO, or senior leadership team.

  • Proven experience managing complex calendars, executive communications, and stakeholder engagements.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
