Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• At least 1-4 years of work experience in the chief of staff function is preferred
• Required skills: above average written and oral communication skills, excellent people relationship skills, highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel

Job Description:

• Act as Executive Assistant to the Country Head and as an administrative support to the Japanese expats
• Collaborate with relevant branch members in taking/accelerating necessary actions for achieving branch strategic KPIs/goals
• Take on branch-wide project management driven from branch/regional/global initiative
• Perform other duties that Head of Strategic Planning Department may assign from time to time
