Short Description- Supporting the Vice President of Revenue Cycle, Vice President of Decision Support, Chief Compliance Officer, and other leaders; assures proper scheduling, correspondence (includes voice mail, phone calls, letters) and follows through on assignments. Coordinates meetings and conference rooms.
- Prepares documentation and material for meetings, documents minutes (as needed) and ensures seamless operation of office related functions.
- Completes all other duties as assigned.
Experience Required
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in secretarial or office manager role.
Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent required, some college preferred.
Special RequirementsComputer literate, facility with Microsoft Office programs.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and strong analytical skills.
Computer literate, comfortable with Microsoft Office software.
