So what does an Executive Assistant really do? Think of yourself as the one responsible for supporting the day-to-day business and administrative needs of the Client Services Senior Leadership. Think of yourself as a “mini-me” of your executive, a subject matter expert, a decision maker, and an air traffic controller. So not just anyone is qualified for this role! We make sure we get the best of the best, after all, we are a ridiculously good company so we make sure our employees are top notch.
Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: You basically make your boss look good! You will do what it takes to enable your stakeholders to plan, strategize and execute on critical business decisions daily for their teams and for TaskUs.
As an Executive Assistant you will:

Act as gatekeeper for your executives’ calendars, keeping in mind their highest priorities each day

Be exposed to highly confidential information, thus utmost professionalism is expected at all times

Expect to wear many hats, from booking flights and accommodation to supporting the implementation of team and company-wide initiatives

Be at ease communicating and collaborating well with other key members, across varied organizational levels globally

Produce presentations, easily manipulate spreadsheets and data, capture meeting keynotes

Do you have what it takes to become an Executive Assistant?
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree
-
At least 2 years of working experience in or related to administrative support (globally is a plus!)

Amenable to work in night shift
-
High sense of accountability, service-oriented, and a professional and positive attitude
-
Excellent team and interpersonal skills; is able to work with multiple teams and stakeholders with ease
-
Good verbal and written communication skills; is highly responsive and patient with follow-ups
-
Accuracy and attention to detail; provide data and document support with ease
-
Adept with Google Suite/Workplace, intermediate to advanced technical skills handling calendars, mailbox management, travel booking, expense and financial reports, spreadsheet and data management; experience with platforms including Salesforce, Concur, Oracle, or similar.

Highly motivated individual, independent, committed to overseeing projects from end to end
