Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned leaders in the Great American Risk Solutions division, providing proactive administrative support that enables them to focus on strategic and executive-level priorities.
- Monitor, screen, prioritize, and route complex correspondence and inquiries with sound judgment and discretion.
- Coordinate and maintain travel arrangements as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and events, manage logistics, prepare agendas, and distribute materials in advance.
- Support the executive team with calendar management and time-sensitive tasks.
- Maintain and update the organizational chart for the division.
- Draft, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and communications.
- May assist with budget preparation and monitoring, including tracking expenditures and maintaining accurate records.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Generally, a minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting executives or providing administrative support in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proven ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Demonstrates project and event management capabilities, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work on-site at our downtown Cincinnati campus 4 days a week.
