The Executive Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support to the SVP Global Supply Chain and Technical Operations and lead or contribute to projects for the broader Global Supply Chain and Technical Operations team.

Responsibilities

  • management including the ability to determine priorities when scheduling internal and external meetings and proactively address conflicts in scheduling.

  • Proactively manage global travel for the SVP Global Supply Chain and Technical Operations including flights, hotels, and meeting commitments.

  • and manage meeting logistics (e.g. room preparation, catering, check-in, etc.)

  • support with various Supply Chain activities to include managing calendar invites and logistics for travel to external sites and events.

  • and helps prepare meeting materials, including meeting agenda preparation/distribution, collecting/printing meeting pre-reads, minute or note-taking, and assembling/editing PowerPoint presentations

  • confidential administrative functions where reports could have an effect on cost.

  • proofing and assembling reports or proposals for customers or outside agencies and taking, transcribing and distributing minutes for important meetings.

  • Proactively and independently manage expense reports.

  • details of highly confidential and sensitive nature internally and externally.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10+ years’ administrative experience with at least 3 years spent supporting an executive and global leadership team

  • degree of personal integrity, discretion, and confidentiality

  • verbal and written communication skills required with a customer service mindset.

  • organizational skills and prioritization skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task with keen attention to quality and accuracy.

  • to work under tight and changing timelines

  • Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook skills; power users preferred; experienced with video conferencing technology (e.g. Zoom, Teams, etc.)

Pay Range:

In the U.S., the hiring pay range for fully qualified candidates is $117,000-$136,500 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
