SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To support our Global Private Debt team, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings, conference calls and events;

  • Scheduling travel arrangements and preparing detailed itineraries;

  • Reviewing, preparing and managing expense reports;

  • Handling incoming invoices;

  • Answering and managing incoming phone calls, correspondence and mail as relevant;

  • Maintaining contact databases as relevant;

  • Performing research via the internet and subscription-based research portals as requested;

  • Reviewing, tracking and maintaining documents; following-up to obtain information as necessary; and

  • Performing other administrative duties as needed.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience supporting executive/senior management within a financial services firm;

  • Outstanding follow-up and organizational and communication skills with a strong attention to detail and adaptability to different audiences;

  • Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks;

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; and

  • English Language fluency is necessary, additional Language capabilities valuable.
