Job Title: Executive Assistant to Founder
Location: Remote

Salary Range: $1,500 – $1,900 USD per month

The company is a private membership community for entrepreneurs who have successfully exited their companies. Its members include founders, operators, and investors who are now focused on their next chapter — investing, building new ventures, and designing meaningful lives after exit.
The organization hosts curated events, small-group forums, and private experiences that bring together exceptional founders and investors. As the community continues to grow, the team is looking for an Executive Assistant to help support operations and enhance the overall member experience.
This is not a traditional assistant role. The right person will have the opportunity to grow into a Chief of Staff or Operations leadership path over time.
Role Overview
The company is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional who can help manage communications, coordinate events, and improve operational workflows across the organization.
The Executive Assistant will work closely with the founder and leadership team to ensure members, partners, and speakers have a seamless experience.
This role provides exposure to a wide network of entrepreneurs, investors, and operators and plays a central role in helping the community run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Communication Management
• Manage and triage high volumes of communication across email, Slack, and messaging platforms
• Coordinate scheduling with founders, investors, and speakers
• Help maintain strong relationships with community members
Event Coordination
• Support planning and execution of events across multiple cities
• Coordinate logistics with venues, vendors, speakers, and members
• Manage invitations, scheduling, and attendee communication
Operational Systems
• Document workflows and member journeys
• Improve internal processes and operational playbooks
• Maintain and organize internal systems and databases
Founder Support
• Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination across projects
• Help keep initiatives moving forward across multiple workstreams
Automation and Tools
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through workflow automation
• Experiment with AI tools, agents, and automation platforms
Tools and Systems Used
Candidates do not need to know every tool listed below on day one, but should be comfortable learning modern software quickly.
• Notion — knowledge base, documentation, and workflows
• Google Workspace (G Suite) — email, calendar, docs, and collaboration
• Zapier — workflow automation and integrations
• Claude — AI assistance for research, drafting, and workflows
• Slack — internal and community communication
• Google Groups — community mailing lists and member communications
• Customer.io — member messaging and lifecycle communication
• PostHog — analytics and product usage insights
Qualifications
Required
• C1 level English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with high-profile founders and investors
• Process-oriented and enjoys building systems
• Interest in entrepreneurship, startups, and investing
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects without losing attention to detail
• Resourceful and able to work independently
Preferred / Bonus Experience
• Experience with AI tools, workflow automation, or AI agents
• Experience with Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Make, or similar tools
• Event coordination or community operations experience
• Experience working within startup or venture ecosystems
