Executive Assistant- Enterprise People Services Executive Team (Primarily Office)

Primary Accountabilities
- Comprehensive Administrative Support – You will optimize the executive's time to align with key business priorities through AI automation and other digital tools to efficiently manage the executive's calendar, travel, expenses and internal and external correspondence with a high degree of autonomy.
- Departmental Project Coordination – You will remain well informed of executive's departmental business initiatives and deliverables to provide maintenance and updates of departmental projects, to prepare meeting materials and to ensure follow-up on action items with relevant business partners.
- Team & Office Coordination – You will serve as central point of contact for the department and handle team-related logistics by maintaining credibility, creating trust and building effective relationships with the executive's senior leadership team.
- Leverage, research and resource digital tools, AI and automation processes to maximize executive effectiveness and automate routine tasks.
- You may be required to complete other assignments or participate in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience.

In this primarily office-based role, you will be expected to spend at least 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 50 miles from the office location in Madison, WI 53783.
