About the role:
Zenity is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our CTO. This is a key position that requires discretion and the ability to manage the CTO’s priorities efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, an independent problem-solver, and comfortable working across time zones in a startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CTO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle professional communication and coordination between the CTO and internal/external stakeholders
- Prioritize and coordinate tasks according to the CTO's priorities
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate participation in local and international conferences and media engagements
- Support the CTO across personal-logistical matters to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced global environment - a tech startup or enterprise
- Proven communication skills with experience interfacing with Fortune 1000 companies and enterprise-level stakeholders
- Strong team player with a discreet, proactive approach and excellent responsiveness
- High level of trustworthiness and ability to work independently
- Ability to adapt professionally to changes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining clear communication, patience, and a people-oriented approach
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and across different time zones
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent professional communication skills
