About the RoleWe’re hiring an Executive Assistant to the CRO who will also help run the experience of our New York office.
This is not a traditional EA role.
You will operate as the control tower behind a fast-moving GTM organization, ensuring the CRO can focus on the highest-impact work while the office environment supports the team operating within it.
You’ll manage complex calendars, travel, and communications while also helping ensure the NYC office runs smoothly, feels welcoming, and reflects the standards of a high-performing team.
You’ll work across two very different operational surfaces:
• Leadership operations
• Workplace experience
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, anticipates needs before they surface, and takes pride in making complex systems run smoothly.
*This role requires occasional travel with the CRO
What You’ll OwnExecutive OperationsYou will manage the operational surface area of the CRO’s day-to-day work.
Responsibilities include:
Calendar Management
Manage a high-volume, constantly shifting calendar
Reprioritize proactively based on business impact
Protect focus time while ensuring critical meetings happen
Travel & Logistics
Coordinate domestic and international travel
Build efficient itineraries and manage end-to-end logistics
Inbox & Communication Management
Triage communications and draft responses when appropriate
Maintain a high bar for clarity and tone
Meeting Preparation
Coordinate agendas, materials, and logistics
Ensure meetings are prepared and productive
Track follow-ups and close loops
Gatekeeping & Prioritization
Act as a thoughtful filter for incoming requests
Help ensure leadership attention stays on the highest-impact work
Supporting sustained leadership performance requires visibility across both professional and personal commitments.
You will:
Maintain awareness of both professional and personal calendars
Track important commitments and events
Protect pre-agreed personal and family time
Coordinate reservations, services, and light personal logistics when needed
This work requires discretion, emotional intelligence, and strong judgment.
The goal is simple: nothing important falls through the cracks.
NYC Office ExperienceYou will also help ensure the New York office runs smoothly and feels like a great place to work.
This includes:
Office Operations
Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and daily logistics
Support onboarding logistics for new hires
Manage access, equipment setup, and basic workplace infrastructure
Hospitality & Environment
Maintain a stocked kitchen with snacks, drinks, coffee, and fruit
Coordinate lunch programs and office deliveries
Greet visitors and ensure guests feel welcomed
Help organize team lunches and occasional office gatherings
This isn’t facilities management. It’s creating an environment where a high-performing team can do its best work.
Sometimes that means solving small operational problems quickly — and taking pride in the details that make an office feel cared for.
AI-Driven EfficiencyAI fluency is a core capability for this role.
We expect this role to actively use AI tools to create efficiency across both your workflow and the CRO’s.
Examples include:
Drafting communications or meeting summaries
Automating repetitive operational tasks
Streamlining scheduling, travel planning, or documentation
Identifying new tools or workflows that reduce friction
The expectation is not just to use AI tools — but to continually identify opportunities to work smarter and faster.
