We are looking for an Executive Assistant & Office Manager (Contractor) to support a senior Sales Executive and oversee day-to-day office operations in our Addison, Texas location. This contract will begin in June/July 2025 and run for approximately 12 to 15 weeks (about 480 hours total).
You will provide high-level administrative support to a key Sales leader while ensuring the Addison office runs smoothly and efficiently. From managing schedules and preparing presentations to maintaining a welcoming and organized office environment, your impact will be felt both in how the executive leads and how the team collaborates on-site.
This role requires full on-site presence and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in being the go-to person for both executive and office operations.
Expected Hours: 480 hours over 12–15 weeks (40 hours a week)

What Your Success Will Look LikeExecutive Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the Executive, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature
- Manage the Executive’s calendar, prioritize requests, and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Create high-quality documents, reports, and presentations
- Draft and manage professional correspondence
- Capture meeting notes and ensure timely follow-up on action items
- Coordinate travel and process expense/mileage reports
- Maintain and update contact lists
- Exercise sound judgment in prioritizing requests and responding on behalf of the Executive
Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations for the Addison location
- Manage supplies, vendors, and general office maintenance
- Welcome and assist visitors; coordinate conference room use and in-office meetings
- Support onboarding logistics and partner with internal teams for IT and facilities needs
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
- Proven attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- A personable and approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal communication
- A self-starter mindset with a proactive, “go-getter” attitude
- Experience coordinating domestic travel logistics for executives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create polished presentations
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Basecamp, Jira, or Team Gantt (preferred)
