About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This role is pivotal in managing the CRO’s scheduling, travel coordination, and operational priorities while building strong relationships across the Genius Sports leadership team and the broader organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and ensures the seamless operation of the CRO’s day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CRO’s complex calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings, prioritizing time-sensitive tasks, and ensuring optimal time management.
  • Travel Coordination: Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, ground transportation, and last-minute adjustments as required.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, key stakeholders, and team members across all levels of the organization.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes. Track action items and ensure timely follow-up and completion.
  • Communication: Act as a key liaison between the CRO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.
  • Operational Support: Proactively anticipate the CRO’s needs and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and optimize efficiency.
  • Expense Management: Process and reconcile expenses accurately and in compliance with company policies.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with planning and logistics for internal and external events, including executive offsites and team meetings.
  • Information Management: Maintain and organize confidential files, reports, and correspondence with discretion.
  • Task Prioritization: Manage competing priorities, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure the CRO’s schedule and responsibilities are executed seamlessly.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and advanced calendar management tools.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage time, multitask, and prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and diplomatic demeanor.
  • Relationship Builder: Demonstrated ability to build trust and foster relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Proactive Mindset: A forward-thinking, resourceful approach with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
  • International Travel: Must have experience traveling internationally

The salary for this role is based on an annualized salary of up to $100,000. This role will also be eligible to take part in Genius Sports Group's benefits plan.
