Executive Assistant to Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Responsibilities:

• Directly support Chairman of the Supervisory Board

• Manage day to day calendar(s) of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board

• Coordinate all aspects of executive level appointments, meetings, receptions and conference calls

• Prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetings

• Assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents

• Coordinate travel arrangements; prepare and distribute schedules/agendas for travel

• Order supplies and process invoices

• Assist in ad hoc reports special projects

• Serve as back up support for administrative staff when required

• Prepare and review materials for senior management’s use in discussions and meetings

• Prepare minutes of selected meetings

• Coordination of high profile events like conferences, general shareholders’ meetings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/University degree

• Solid office administration experience within a large and complex financial services or similar multinational organization

• At least 15 years of senior level executive administration experience

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office

• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work proactively without close supervision

• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks at once

• High level of maturity

• Problem-solving attitude

• Fluent speaking and written English and Polish
