HackerRank is hiring an Executive Assistant to support our co-founder/CEO, Vivek Ravisankar, and increase his leverage by 100x.
What you’ll do- Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and priorities to keep focus on what matters most.
- Partner with the CEO and e-team to drive key projects to completion.
- Plan and run company-wide rituals like all-hands and offsites.
- Support daily operations at the Santa Clara office and keep things running smoothly.
- High attention to detail: Nothing escapes your eye, whether that’s someone who hasn’t accepted a calendar invite or a misplaced font on the doc.
- Proactive anticipation: Ability to foresee needs, potential risks, and act accordingly.
- Annoyingly good: Ability to herd cats, follow-through in the various modes that work for different people, and ultimately ensuring the job is done.
- Steep learning curve: Ability to quickly understand company principles, market, and team dynamics with minimal intervention.

- Build an app on any Vibe coding platform that enhances your EA life and share a link.
- Base salary range: $135,000 – $160,000.
*This range doesn’t include bonuses, stock options, and benefits you will be eligible for.
