We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with our Founder and CEO. We are looking for a candidate who brings creativity, quick learning abilities, attention to detail, and discretion in handling confidential information. Uncapped provides working capital loans to brands and retailers around the world, doing between $10m and $100m in turnover.

What you will do ✍️
- Assist our Founder by managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
- Identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts.
- Build relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Manage emails, ensuring timely responses and prioritising key matters.
- Draft documents and emails as needed.
- Contribute to various projects across the business, with opportunities for growth as you develop.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with basic office management tasks.
Who you are 👀
- 3-5 years of experience
- Excellent English and Polish communication skills.
- Building relationships is one of your strong suits.
- Eager to learn and grow in your role, with a proactive attitude.
- Resourceful, and you can find information independently.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
