Run inbound/outbound cadences, hit activity and velocity SLAs, manage deals end-to-end in days, maintain HubSpot hygiene, and compete on leaderboards while partnering with senior AEs and credit to close deals quickly.

Identify and qualify e-commerce businesses for working capital financing. Conduct multichannel outreach to founders, CEOs, and CFOs through email, social selling, communities, and cold calls. Manage and nurture the sales pipeline, maintain accurate forecasts in the CRM, develop outreach strategies, and build expertise in working capital funding. Partner with account executives on discovery calls and sales-cycle support while contributing to sales-process improvements.

Own and build Uncapped's outbound engine end-to-end: sending infrastructure and deliverability, prospecting and enrichment flows, ICP/scoring, GTM stack consolidation (CRM, sequencers, enrichment), SDR enablement, performance analytics, and cross-functional alignment to scale multi-channel outbound.

Own a product area end-to-end: run discovery, prioritise a measurable roadmap, write specs and user stories, ship MVPs, collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk and commercial teams, and ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are embedded while driving commercial impact.

Design, build, and operate secure Java/Spring microservices for fintech. Own services end-to-end (design, deploy, monitor), improve code quality through testing and CI/CD automation, and collaborate in a Kanban-driven, meetings-light team with hybrid office attendance.
