As an Executive Assistant (all genders) to our CEOs, you ensure their effectiveness by enabling focus on the company’s highest priorities. The role provides structured, reliable, and proactive support across agenda management and execution follow-up. Acting as a trusted partner, the Executive Assistant creates transparency, alignment, and operational efficiency at the executive level.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESSupport both CEOs in managing day-to-day priorities, coordinating schedules, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth administrative operations
Prepare, structure and follow up on executive meetings and board interactions — including scheduling, agenda coordination, documentation, and tracking of action items
Act as a central hub for information flow to and from the CEOs, gaining deep insights into company-wide initiatives and ensuring relevant information is shared in a timely manner
Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
Degree in Business Administration or similar studies at top university
3+ years of experience in a similar role in a dynamic environment
Solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering impact
Trusted with highly sensitive and confidential information
Excellent communication skills with fluency in German and English
