- Supportera vår nordiska VD med mötesbokningar, resebokningar och andra administrativa uppgifter.
- Koordinera, till viss del facilitera och administrera våra nordiska ledningsgruppsmöten. Här består uppgiften i att säkerställa att allt material till ledningsgruppsmötena är färdigställt och görs tillgängligt innan deadlines, ta anteckningar samt hjälpa till med uppföljning av överenskomna actions.
- Supportera vår GM i datainhämtning inom projekt och ärenden som kräver dennes involvering.
- Du kommer även att arbeta tätt med våra övriga chefer runt om i Norden och till viss del utanför Norden med att planera och strukturera arbetet för GM. Detta kan t.ex. innefatta att samla in data/svar/uppfattningar från alla berörda funktioner/ledare eller att säkerställa att GM har ett komplett beslutsunderlag när han ska fatta beslut i mer komplexa ärenden.
- Bli vår superbokare, dvs supportera vår VD samt andra team i bokningar till events, intervjuer osv.
- Bli vår lokala superuser för processer och system inom expense management (Concur), inköp (Ariba) och närliggande områden.
- Har tidigare erfarenhet ifrån en liknande roll (receptionist, administrativ assistent, kontorsadministratör).
- Uppskattar ordning och reda och där du hela tiden är ute efter att bredda arbetet och se nya möjligheter kring rollen.
- Arbetar obehindrat på både svenska och engelska, men där ytterligare språk kan vara meriterande.
- Det förutsätts att du har goda kunskaper i Outlook, Teams och PowerPoint. Det är också av godo om du har vissa kunskaper i Excel, SalesForce, Concur och SharePoint, men detta är inget krav.
