We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to support leadership and help drive operational efficiency across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong judgment and discretion, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while supporting executive-level operations.

✨ Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative support to leadership
• Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and scheduling coordination
• Prepare reports, presentations, and organizational documents
• Support communication and follow-up across departments
• Assist with operational projects and executive priorities
• Maintain organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all processes

• Previous experience in executive or administrative support roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a dynamic environment
