A New Paradigm For Space Operations.
What You’ll Do:
As Executive Assistant to the Executive Leadership, you will play a central role in helping leadership operate efficiently and ensuring key company priorities stay on track. You will help coordinate critical activities across engineering, manufacturing, and operations while managing the day-to-day demands of a fast-growing aerospace startup. This is a full-time Hybrid position based in El Segundo working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars for Executive leaders, including scheduling meetings across time zones
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense tracking
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and internal communications
- Track action items and follow-ups from leadership meetings
- Help prioritize requests and manage inbound communication to founders
- Coordinate leadership meetings, company events, and internal planning sessions
Operations & Company Coordination
- Support day-to-day operational activities across engineering, manufacturing, and administrative teams
- Maintain organized documentation and shared company resources
- Help streamline administrative processes as the company scales
- Assist with special projects and cross-team coordination
Purchasing & Vendor Coordination
- Source vendors and suppliers for equipment, materials, and operational needs
- Obtain quotes, compare vendors, and coordinate purchases
- Track purchase orders, shipments, and delivery timelines
- Maintain vendor contact lists and procurement records
- Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure materials arrive when needed
Inventory & Asset Tracking
- Track company equipment, tools, and operational supplies
- Maintain inventory records and support restocking efforts
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing equipment shipments
- Help maintain organized records of company-owned assets
Proposal & Program Support
- Assist with administrative coordination for proposal development efforts
- Help organize proposal documentation and internal collaboration
- Coordinate meetings and document sharing across engineering, operations, and leadership teams
- Maintain structured SharePoint or shared collaboration environments for documentation and project tracking
What It Takes:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 3+ years experience supporting executives, leadership teams, or startup operations
- Experience managing calendars, travel coordination, and administrative workflows
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Calendar and scheduling platforms
- Collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
- Project management platforms are a plus

What We’d Love
Experience supporting founders or senior executives
- Experience with purchasing, vendor coordination, or supply chain logistics
- Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools
- Experience working in a startup, engineering, or manufacturing environment
- Comfortable building processes and systems where none exist
