Responsibilities include analog and digital circuit design, PCB and component selection, test and validation, vendor coordination, documentation (BOMs, ICDs, test procedures), and cross-functional integration to advance prototypes toward a 2-year flight demonstration.

Design, develop, integrate, and test circuit cards and electronics hardware for spacecraft and aerospace systems. Own schematic capture, PCB layout, bring-up, debugging, component selection, and validation. Support signal/power integrity, EMI/EMC, thermal and environmental considerations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive hardware through prototype to production.

The CAD Design Engineer designs prototypes for space technology, refining CAD designs, managing tolerancing, and adapting designs for tests and safety standards.

Design, analyze, prototype, and validate precision electromechanical systems for space. Own hardware from requirements through production, perform stress/fatigue/thermal/tolerance analyses, create SolidWorks models and manufacturing drawings, select mechanical components, build and test prototypes, support qualification (vibration, shock, thermal-vacuum), and collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing to ensure producible, flight-ready systems.

Lead end-to-end development of ruggedized deployable micro-satellites for a high-velocity rotary deployment platform. Own mechanical design, analysis, fabrication, integration, environmental qualification, testing, failure investigations, and production transition.Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, run design reviews, perform structural/thermal analyses, generate detailed drawings, and collaborate with manufacturing and suppliers to improve producibility and scale to production.

Manage and scale on-premise and cloud infrastructure supporting engineering, manufacturing, and secure programs. Administer Windows and Linux servers, Proxmox virtualization, Microsoft 365 services, networking, backups/DR, monitoring, and CMMC Level 2 security efforts. Automate tasks with PowerShell or Bash and support incident response and system availability.
