Three-month, full-time onsite test engineering development program supporting design, testing, and process improvement for space systems. Develop and run manual and automated tests, create test plans and cases, log and track defects, troubleshoot with developers, and improve test coverage and automation. Paired with a mentor and evaluated for potential full-time hire.

Manage the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, including proposals, negotiations, compliance, modifications, documentation, performance, and closeout. Advise teams on FAR, DFARS, ITAR, export controls, contractual risks, and regulatory obligations. Negotiate complex agreements with federal agencies, prime contractors, and subcontractors while supporting program managers, executives, legal, accounting, operations, and engineering teams.

Administer and optimize Siemens Teamcenter PLM, including users, permissions, workflows, upgrades, integrations, system monitoring, databases, backups, and disaster recovery. Troubleshoot PLM, CAD, database, and infrastructure issues while partnering with engineering, manufacturing, IT, Siemens, and vendors. Improve PLM processes, develop automation scripts, maintain documentation, and support a scalable environment. The onsite role requires Teamcenter administration experience and familiarity with Windows Server, SQL Server, CAD integrations, and PLM workflows.

Leads cross-functional manufacturing program execution from development through production. Responsibilities include integrated planning, schedules, budgets, capacity, material costs, staffing, hardware milestones, KPI monitoring, risk management, supplier coordination, corrective actions, facility and equipment planning, cost estimates, and operational readiness. The role aligns manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, production planning, facilities, and subcontractors while driving accountability and delivery performance without direct authority.

The Electrical Engineer will design and build prototypes, refine electrical designs, test systems, and collaborate with other engineering teams to mature a flight-ready technology.

Lead systems engineering across spacecraft and mission lifecycle: define and manage requirements, develop MBSE models in Cameo SysML, coordinate subsystems and interfaces, drive integration/verification and testing, support mission operations, troubleshoot cross-disciplinary issues, and present technical findings to stakeholders.

Lead hands-on integration and system-level testing of space hardware and software. Develop and execute integration/test plans, troubleshoot interfaces, analyze test data, produce reports, build automated test procedures and MGSE/EGSE, and support verification, validation, and customer acceptance activities.

The Chief Systems Engineer will lead complex space programs, ensuring technical excellence in space system design, mission planning, and integration with a focus on performance and safety.

The Principal Embedded Software Engineer designs and implements software for embedded systems, overseeing the development process from concept to production, and ensuring quality and performance in high-stakes projects.

Own the design, integration, qualification, and production of optical and optomechanical systems for spacecraft and payloads. Develop optical models, prescriptions, error budgets, tolerance analyses, and test methods; integrate precision optical hardware; execute environmental qualification testing; analyze performance data and resolve anomalies. Collaborate across mechanical, electrical, software, systems, manufacturing, and supplier teams to deliver flight-ready hardware.

Design, build, and mature mixed-signal electrical prototypes for a space-grade motor controller and electromechanical system. Responsibilities include analog and digital circuit design, PCB and component selection, test and validation, vendor coordination, documentation (BOMs, ICDs, test procedures), and cross-functional integration to advance prototypes toward a 2-year flight demonstration.

The CAD Design Engineer designs prototypes for space technology, refining CAD designs, managing tolerancing, and adapting designs for tests and safety standards.

Design, analyze, prototype, and validate precision electromechanical systems for space. Own hardware from requirements through production, perform stress/fatigue/thermal/tolerance analyses, create SolidWorks models and manufacturing drawings, select mechanical components, build and test prototypes, support qualification (vibration, shock, thermal-vacuum), and collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing to ensure producible, flight-ready systems.

Lead end-to-end development of ruggedized deployable micro-satellites for a high-velocity rotary deployment platform. Own mechanical design, analysis, fabrication, integration, environmental qualification, testing, failure investigations, and production transition.Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, run design reviews, perform structural/thermal analyses, generate detailed drawings, and collaborate with manufacturing and suppliers to improve producibility and scale to production.

Manage and scale on-premise and cloud infrastructure supporting engineering, manufacturing, and secure programs. Administer Windows and Linux servers, Proxmox virtualization, Microsoft 365 services, networking, backups/DR, monitoring, and CMMC Level 2 security efforts. Automate tasks with PowerShell or Bash and support incident response and system availability.
