As an Executive Administrative Assistant in our team, you will provide high-quality administrative support to senior leaders and their teams. You will manage multiple priorities, build strong relationships across the organization, and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of business activities. Working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will play an important role in enabling effective communication, coordination, and execution.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage complex and detailed calendars.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and scheduling.
- Arrange domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Organize offsite conferences and events, including catering and transportation.
- Process invoices and expense claims in accordance with firm policies and procedures.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment and system access requests.
- Produce high-quality written communications for stakeholders at all levels.
- Maintain organizational charts, executive biographies, and related documentation.
- Prepare, edit, and format spreadsheets, presentations, and other business materials.
