Designation: Executive - Administration

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and self driven individual to manage general administration of the company. The roles and responsibilities including, but not limited to will be facility management, housekeeping management, travel arrangements, working in close coordination with all departments for the smooth functioning of the company.

Specific Responsibilities:
•      Oversee and manage day-to-day facility operations efficiently.
•      Supervise and mentor facility staff, including janitors, technicians, and security personnel's.
•      Regularly inspect equipment and systems to identify any potential problems and take corrective action.
•      Preparing the Monthly reports.
•      Understand people’s requirements at every level and cater to their needs.
•      Taking facility rounds and preparing a snag list on weekly basis.
•      Reporting to Admin manager on all Facility services .
•      Monitor and manage inventory of facility-related and Admin supplies.
•      Coordinate with Vendor for contract staff Training & Development.
•      Coordinating and managing internal events and activities.
•      Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire safety, emergency procedures, and environmental standards.
•      Conduct regular safety audits and fire drills to ensure preparedness.
•      Regularly evaluate vendor performance and implement improvement plans as needed
•      Conduct regular service checks, brief support team and implement corrective actions
•      Manage travel bookings
•      Manage drivers, cab compliance and services
•      Supervise the inward and outward couriers, stationery request from staff and assist in checking materials received and submitting the invoices to head office
•      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, anticipate issues, stay calm under pressure, ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguity.
•      High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, senior executives, team members and vendors.
•      Ensuring cleanliness and maintaining a Hygienic atmosphere within the facility.
•      Supervise the Admin team - Pantry, Company Drivers on work done with weekly briefing, track and approve attendance, OT etc. and share with manager for payment purpose

Skills Required
