Here’s the Deal:

As Execution Excellence Manager at Maersk, you will play a vital role in our transformation journey. This positions you as a change agent who will drive transformation using a very hands-on skills using CI methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma practices. You would further leverage your Data analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence knowledge to provide even greater insights to business and build strong belief on developing and testing various hypothesis.    You will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a Black Belt / Master Black Belt with strong project management expertise to manage complex cross function projects across geographies
• Adept at building an Agile culture by driving agile mindset and behaviors in the organization and practicing and coaching on Agile Ways of Working
• Support Tribes in managing the program/project/OKR backlog and aligning the squads to deliver on business outcomes
• You support Data Analysis and Visualization including various data analysis tasks (data cleaning, transformation, and visualization) using python data visualization libraries as an example
• Extract data from different databases using SQL and other query languages
• Applying advanced mathematical and statistical techniques to analyze data and identify patterns.
• Also get involved or drive, if necessary, Web Application Development, API Development or Cloud Platforms
• Lastly you will Enable, Support and Govern relevant strategic initiatives that are driven across Business Units (GSC, Areas and Platforms)

The Basics:

• Software: MS Office & ERP (Advanced).

• Technical Skills: Prior experience as Agile Coach, Background in Data Science tools and techniques

• English Level: B2 – C1

Competencies:

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situation/requirements
• Able to deliver through others without authority
• Prior Project Management / ITIL / Black Belt / Green Belt experience is must
