• Job Overview:
As the Execution and Start-up Leader, you will lead the site’s initiative execution process end-to-end, acting as the single point of contact for various stakeholders including the Technical Readiness Leader (TRL), Initiatives Operations Leader (IOL), Plant Multi-functional Team, and Contract Manufacturers. Your role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on quality, timeline, and fundamentals through the use of project management tools and risk management methodologies.
• Key Responsibilities:
Ensure execution of processes following internal controls, safety, and QA standards with zero safety incidents and full compliance at contract manufacturers.
Lead technical mastery efforts including qualifications, quarterly health checks, risk assessments, and integration of schedules to deliver site initiatives.
Drive loss elimination initiatives and lead continuous improvement PDCA cycles.
Manage operational mastery by mapping impacted parameters, ensuring validation plans, and leading site interventions.
Oversee service plans to deliver initiatives right the first time and on schedule.
Integrate costs into financial forecasts and seek efficiency opportunities within projects.
Lead training and qualification of start-up teams and ensure smooth knowledge transition to operations.
