Marketing Executive (Device Technology Technical Marketing) Main Roles and Responsibility
- Provide support to conduct Demo & Proof of Concept (POC) for customer
- Provide technical support for sales presentations & customize demonstrations, support sales channels as expert in the product portfolio
- Coordinate between customer & internal technical engineers to resolve customer challenges, to support & prioritize sales opportunities
- Provide support to derive Scope of Work and proposed resolution write-up during sales engagement
- Support DT Marketing and company events in DT devices solutions & Unified Communication (UC) setup
- Able to perform DT devices & UC devices installations/applications in various operating systems with minimum supervision
- Handle DT & UC new products application installation, implementation, testing & troubleshooting
- Customer relationship building by involving in early customer engagement for new products
- Continuous process improvement toward achieving operational excellence
Skills Required
