Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify costing sheet/ profit & loss for services opportunities and sales strategies to ensure competitive advantage in meeting customer needs and ensuring profitable contracts for BSSO.
- Support in product life cycles management including preparing marketing GTM like services value positioning and branding, develop campaign to drive awareness and engagement, provide sales enablement (training materials, presentations) to Sales for effectively sell the product, monitor and analyze effectiveness and to propose improvement activities.
- Collaborate with other stakeholder like marketing, finance, logistics, sales, legal, customer services and etc to ensure smooth ordering and services support process management and improvement.
- IT Solution product management from quotation to item code creation, SS, SO to contract set up and billing.
- Support in areas and questions related to sales performance for regional or internal financial report or initiatives.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the superior.
