What You'll Do- Design and develop engaging digital learning experiences with a strong focus on AI-related learning content
- Analyze training needs and define suitable learning solutions for self-paced and blended formats
- Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define learning goals, target audiences, and success criteria
- Structure learning journeys, courses, practical activities, assessments, and supporting materials
- Transform complex technical and business information into clear, practical, and learner-friendly content
- Develop courses directly in Sana Learn LMS using its built-in authoring and engagement features
- Create video scripts, knowledge checks, practice tasks, assessments, and job aids
- Use Synthesia to develop AI-avatar videos when required
- Review and continuously improve learning content based on feedback, learner experience, and business needs
- Ensure learning materials are accurate, engaging, well-structured, and aligned with adult learning principles
- Collaborate with the L&D team and LMS administrator throughout the content development and publishing process
- Experience in instructional design, e-learning development, corporate training, or learning content creation
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design basics
- Ability to translate business needs and behavior-change goals into effective learning solutions
- Strong skills in structuring information and simplifying complex content
- Experience working with subject matter experts and stakeholders
