About you*** This is a remote role that can be done from anywhere in the USA.
The Executive Vice President, Strategy & Consulting is a senior, client-facing leader within the Occupier Services platform. This individual is responsible for driving revenue growth, market differentiation, and client impact through advanced strategic advisory and financial insights to brokers and their clients.
In this role you will serve as a strategic partner to occupier brokers and producers, ensuring that every client recommendation is both visionary and economically defensible, particularly in areas such as location selection, incentives strategy, and portfolio optimization.
This role works closely with adjacent advisory functions, including Supply Chain Solutions, Workplace Strategy, Space & Occupancy Planning, and Workforce Analytics & Location Strategy—to ensure clients receive fully integrated, end-to-end solutions aligned to business and real estate strategy.
In addition, you will drives thought leadership and innovation, elevating the firm’s market position through new frameworks, data-driven insights, and differentiated approaches that redefine how occupier clients make real estate decisions.
In this role, you will…Client Leadership & Revenue Generation
Serve as a trusted advisor to occupier broker-led clients, leading strategic conversations tied to business objectives and financial outcomes.
Partner directly with occupier brokers and producers to originate, shape, and win new business.
- Lead the strategy and analytics components of high-value pursuits, pitches, and client engagements.
- Translate complex client challenges into clear, compelling, and financially grounded recommendations.
- Drive revenue growth through increased win rates, deeper client relationships, and expanded service offerings.
Occupier Strategy & Advisory
- Lead integrated advisory solutions across portfolio strategy and optimization; workforce and labor analytics (in coordination with workforce analytics & Location Strategy); location strategy, site selection, and location intelligence (in coordination with workforce analytics & location strategy); incentives negotiation and economic development.
- Guide clients through multi-market, high-impact decision-making processes.
- Align real estate strategy with broader business goals, including growth, cost optimization, and talent access.
- Ensure strategies are actionable and directly tied to transaction outcomes and execution.
Financial Leadership & Deal Structuring
- Lead the development of financially grounded strategies and business cases that support complex occupier decisions.
- Provide executive-level guidance on cost, capital, and location trade-offs, ensuring recommendations are economically sound and actionable.
- Play a key role in location incentives strategy and negotiations, maximizing value for clients.
- Partner with Capital Markets, Finance, and Valuation teams to strengthen deal positioning and execution.
Brokerage Enablement & Deal Integration
- Act as a strategic extension of occupier brokerage teams, enhancing deal strategy and client positioning.
- Embed within key pursuits to deliver differentiated, insight-led solutions that improve win probability.
- Provide brokers with data-driven narratives and financial clarity to support negotiations.
- Collaborate with agency leasing teams, where appropriate, by providing forward-looking insight into occupier demand and decision drivers.
- Coordinate with Workforce Analytics & Location Strategy and other advisory leaders to incorporate labor, talent, and location insights into deal strategy and client recommendations.
- Coordinate with adjacent advisory teams to bring multi-disciplinary insight into pursuits, strengthening client solutions and competitive positioning.
Integrated Advisory Capabilities
- Activate and integrate a suite of advisory capabilities—both within Consulting & Strategy and across adjacent functions (e.g., Supply Chain Solutions, Workplace Strategy, Space & Occupancy Planning, and Workforce Analytics & Location Strategy)—to deliver holistic, insight-led solutions.
- Align these capabilities into a cohesive client narrative that drives decision-making and transaction outcomes.
- Ensure capabilities are deployed strategically within pursuits, not sold as standalone services.
- Partner across service lines to align strategies, avoid fragmentation, and deliver a seamless client experience across the full occupier lifecycle.
- Continuously refine and evolve offerings to reflect market trends, client demand, and competitive differentiation.
Thought Leadership & Innovation
- Define and lead a forward-looking advisory agenda centered on how occupiers make decisions across portfolio, workforce, and location strategy.
- Translate market trends—including labor dynamics, hybrid work, cost pressures, incentives competition, and workplace strategy evolution—into actionable client insights.
- Develop proprietary frameworks and data-driven models that differentiate the firm in location decision-making, workforce strategy, portfolio optimization, broader occupier advisory services
- Identify emerging areas of opportunity (e.g., flexible work, supply chain transformation, sector-specific trends) and incorporate them into client solutions where relevant.
- Position the firm as a leader in financially driven, analytics-enabled real estate strategy, not just traditional consulting.
- Represent the firm externally as a thought leader and industry voice.
- Develop white papers, reports, and client-facing collateral in partnership with Marketing to communicate proprietary insights, frameworks, and market trends, supporting both client engagement and firm positioning.
Leadership of Strategy Verticals
- Provide strategic oversight to team
- Partner closely with the SVP, Workforce Analytics & Location Strategy to ensure alignment on client priorities, pursuits, and integrated solution delivery.
- Integrate outputs from Portfolio Strategy and Workforce Analytics & Location Strategy into a cohesive, client-ready narrative that supports decision-making and deal execution.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, speed, and real-world impact, avoiding unnecessary complexity or process.
Revenue Accountability & Market Impact
- Drive revenue growth within the Occupier platform by influencing pipeline development, win rates deal size and complexity.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Contribute to pricing and engagement strategy based on value delivered and market positioning.
- Strengthen the firm’s reputation as a leader in strategy-led, analytics-driven real estate advisory.
- 15+ years of experience across: Commercial real estate, consulting, or advisory;
- Location strategy, site selection, or portfolio strategy
- Financial analysis, investment, or capital advisory
- Proven success in client-facing, revenue-generating roles.
- Deep experience supporting complex, multi-market occupier decisions.
- Strong background in location incentives, workforce analytics, and portfolio optimization preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Exceptional strategic thinking combined with deep financial and analytical expertise

Approximate Base Salary Range for this Role: $300,000- $350,000
Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment. Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.
Bonus
This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
