The Eviction Coordinator administers the company’s residential evictions in various states by tracking and processing evictions in collaboration with property management teams, and internal/external counsel.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the coordination and processing of eviction matters in partnership with internal teams and external legal counsel
  • Tracks case progress, organize documentation, and help prepare files for legal review
  • Responds to inquiries and assists with investigations by gathering and summarizing relevant information
  • Maintains accurate records, databases, and tracking systems to support business needs
  • Partners with legal and property management teams to share updates and escalates items when appropriate
  • Contributes to research, reporting, and administrative projects as needed

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma required
  • Associate's degree in legal studies, real estate, or related field preferred
  • Minimum Two (2) years' experience in property management, legal support, real estate, or similar environments is preferred
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, high‑volume setting with shifting priorities
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, or similar platforms
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Proven problem‑solving skills with an approach that supports thoughtful decision‑making and escalation.
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Sound judgment in handling sensitive or confidential information
  • A customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering helpful, responsive support

Compensation

The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $23.19 to $27.83 Hourly. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.

Additional Compensation

This position is not bonus-eligible.

Employees have the opportunity to participate in medical, dental and vision insurance; flexible spending accounts and/or health savings accounts; dependent savings accounts; 401(k) with company matching contributions; employee stock purchase plan; and a tuition reimbursement program. The Company provides 9 paid holidays per year, and, upon hire, new employees will accrue paid time off (PTO) at a rate of 0.0577 hours of PTO per hour worked, up to a maximum of 120 hours per year.

Skills Required
