The Role:
We are looking for an Event Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will drive the strategic planning and execution of industry-specific events. Your work will directly contribute to building key relationships, demonstrating our commitment to critical markets, and achieving our business goals.
How You Will Make an Impact:Manages event timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, and brand teams
Creates and manages event landing pages, invitations, and all promotional content.
Manages all end-to-end event logistics, including internal kick-offs, speaker coordination, registration, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up
Conducts market research and analyzes industry trends to identify new event opportunities
Travels to live events to assist with set-up, tear-down, on-site coordination, and to represent the DailyPay brand
Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or another related field of study
3+ years of work experience in field marketing events
Strong project management skills, with an extreme focus on organization, details, and deadlines.
A solid understanding of the marketing funnel and how events drive business objectives.
An innovative and creative approach to event execution
Ability to travel (some weekends required)
Experience in field marketing or other live events
Experience using project management tools like Asana
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Experience in the FinTech or benefits industry
Experience marketing to HR or payroll professionals
