Position Overview:
The Events Project Manager plays a key role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of corporate and client-facing events. This role is responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple events while collaborating with cross-functional teams. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of event project management, including timelines, budgets, task assignments, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned events, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Creative, and Traffic, to deliver cohesive event experiences.
  • Oversee vendor management, contracts, and onsite logistics for events.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans and reports for tracking progress and communicating updates.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Up to 50% of travel is required for events.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in event or project management.
  • Experience managing budgets and working with vendors.
  • Experience with creative tools such as InDesign or Canva, preferred.
  • Knowledge of event trends and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with event platforms such as Swoogo or Eventbrite, preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms).

Pay Range:

  • Annual Salary: $65,000-80,000
  • The posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
