Why this is an exciting opportunity


We're seeking an Events & Marketing Specialist to support the delivery of client and partner events across the HUB24 Group. This is a fixed-term contract through to the end of July 2027, offering the opportunity to work across multiple brands and deliver exceptional event experiences.

What you’ll be doing


  • Bring client and partner events to life, supporting delivery from planning through to execution.

  • Coordinate event logistics, stakeholder engagement and onsite event delivery.

  • Support budgets, supplier management and event administration.

  • Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to create exceptional event experiences.

  • Contribute to marketing campaigns, event promotions and brand communications.


What you bring

Experience & Skills


  • 2+ years' experience in event coordination or event management.

  • Proven experience delivering successful client or partner events.

  • Strong organisation, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and suppliers.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional event experiences.
